The Speed-Vest may be a short, breathable 10 lb. weighted vest designed for running and jumping. Designed for running, jumping and seriously training it is thinner and tighter than a standard Uni-Vests. This makes it the perfect training tool for track and field events, basketball, soccer, football, baseball and volleyball. Can be used in water. The vest is built primarily of a fast dry polyester mesh. The porous design keeps water from collecting and permits the vest to dry quickly.
